In which each team has the right to retain a maximum of 2 foreign players and 1 Indian player. This means, there are heavy chances of new faces in each and every team. Seems very interesting right? This is not the only surprise this time, the arrival of Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals this year boosted the excitement of IPL 2018 even more.
